Description

 

  • DST-3000 is a professional machine can make double end tenoners of door and window frame.

  • DST-3000 can be designed & built by each client’s production demand.

  • DST-3000 can produce one end tenoner or double end tenoners.

MAIN FEATURES

 

  • With a manual lubricator for lubricating each lineal guide way to reinforce a pricise and stable teononing. (auto lubricator is option)

  • The slide way for adjusting tenoning length is equipped with lineal guide way and digital readout to get and accurate length adjustment.

  • The feed speed of each spindle shaping motor can be controlled individually by the solenoid valve to get precise tenonings.

  • Each spindle shaping motor is equipped with lineal guide way for more accurate and stable tenoning.

  • Loading table on both sides is built with auto fence which can quickly & stably position workpieces to shorten working time.

  • The lubrication tank is usede to the lubricate the inside of the sliding block.when oil insufficient, please the oil tank be fulfilled around 80% and use no.50 lubrication.

  • The sliding blocks and bearing nuts must be lubricated. every week to let the indise of blocks and bearings be well lubricated.
