Description

 

  • The fullpower outfeed table is a superior device that can work with many kinds of machines to unload timber, such from 4-side moulder, cut off saw…etc. 

  • It’s a necessary device for an efficient, productive and safe operator line.

  • The outfeed table can help the operator to easily unload the timber from the operation line and also can shorten time on sorting, stacking and packing without stopping or slowig down the operation.

  • The outfeed table can be setup as an additional equipment to further improve the production speed and meanwhile offer a safe unloading operation.

  • Choice of models with length of 4, 5, 6 meters,…etc.

  • Variable conveyor belt speed is controlled by a frequency inverter.

  • Imported high quality conveyor belts feature great grasping force, minimum wear and minimum elongation.

  • Welded machine frame exhibits outstanding structural rigidity and stability.

  • Easy to take out finished products.

TILTING TRAY

 

  • The tilting tray is actuated by two air cylinders for dropping workpieces onto the conveyor belt.

  • It automatically returns to original position to hold the next workpiece.ty.

INFEED ROLLER DEVICE

 

  • The height of entire infeed roller device can be adjusted, ranging 200mm

  • The infeed roller device is equipped with a limit switch. once workpiece feed through the infeed roller, the tilting tray tilts to drop down the workpiece automatically. then the infeed roller returns to its original position.

CONVEYOR TABLES

 

  • The conveyor system consists of a main conveyor table for feeding short workpieces and various narrow conveyor tables for feeding long workpieces.

COLLECTION TRAY

 

  • The collection tray is equipped at front of the outfeed table, allowing operator to pick finished prooducts safely and convenienly.

VARIABLE CONVEYOR SPEED

 

  • All conveyor belt running speed is controlled by a frequency inverter, allowing for variable speed change.

CUSTOMIZED CONVEYOR BELTS

 

  • Upon customer’s request, sizes of conveyor belts and distance between conveyor belts can be specified as required.
